Kilocalory
Last updated: April 2, 2026
Kilocalory is designed with your privacy in mind. The app stores all data locally on your device and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
We do not collect any data. The app does not:
• Collect personal information
• Track your usage or behavior
• Upload your food logs or health data to any server
• Use analytics or tracking services
• Use cookies or similar technologies
• Share any data with third parties
The app requests camera permission solely to scan product barcodes. No photos are taken, stored, or transmitted. The camera feed is processed in real-time on your device to detect barcodes only.
When you scan a barcode, the app sends the barcode number to a food database API to retrieve nutrition information. Only the barcode number is sent — no personal data, device identifiers, or location information is included in these requests.
All your food entries, weight logs, and settings are stored locally on your iPhone. No account is required. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed.
The app does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the changes on this page with an updated date.
